Your artwork plays an important role in how your finished product looks. Providing the best-quality artwork available helps us reproduce your logo, design, or message as accurately and cleanly as possible.
But don’t worry—you don’t need to be a graphic designer to work with us.
If you already have professional artwork, great! Send us the best files you have. If you’re not sure whether your artwork will work, send it anyway and we’ll take a look. We can help identify potential issues and let you know what may be needed before production begins.

If a designer, marketing company, or previous vendor created your logo, ask for the original artwork files. These are usually much better for production than an image copied from a website, screenshot, or social media page.
Photos and other raster images should be provided at the highest resolution available. Enlarging a small or low-resolution image can cause it to become blurry or pixelated when printed.
If your brand uses specific colors, let us know. Pantone (PMS) colors, CMYK values, or other established brand-color information can help us understand the colors you’re trying to achieve. Because different products and printing methods reproduce color differently, exact color matching may not always be possible.
If your design contains special fonts, providing outlined or converted text can help prevent unwanted font substitutions. If you aren't sure what that means, don't worry—we can check your file.
Artwork that looks great on a business card may not necessarily work when enlarged onto a banner or sign. The final size and production method can affect what artwork is required.
Some products—such as stickers, banners, signs, and other custom-printed items—may require additional artwork setup such as bleeds, cut paths, or specific margins. We’ll let you know if your project requires them.
