The pricing shown below is based on a colored Gildan 5000 in adult sizes Small–XL with screen printing and a required white underbase. Youth sizes and adult sizes 2XL and larger are also available—please contact us for customized pricing.

These shirt colors require a white underbase when screen printed. The underbase creates a foundation beneath your design so the garment color doesn't show through or change the appearance of the printed ink. Unlike some lighter-colored shirts, the underbase cannot be eliminated on these garments while maintaining the intended print quality.

Because the underbase requires its own screen and print pass, it counts as the first print color when determining your price.

For example, if your design appears to use one color—even if that color is white—it will be priced as a 2-color print: one color for the required white underbase and one for the visible design. A design with two visible colors would be priced as a 3-color print.

Customer-provided print-ready vector artwork is welcome. If your artwork isn't production-ready, that's okay too. For an additional charge, we can help with artwork setup, converting existing artwork to vector format, or creating a design for your project. Artwork and design charges vary depending on the amount of work required, and we'll discuss those costs with you before beginning.
