The pricing shown below is based on the Gildan 5000 in Ash, Light Blue, Light Pink, Natural or Off White, adult sizes Small–XL, with screen printing that does not require a white underbase. Youth sizes and adult sizes 2XL and larger are also available—please contact us for customized pricing.

Many light-colored shirts can be screen printed without a white underbase, which helps keep printing costs lower. However, whether an underbase is needed depends on both the shirt color and the colors in your artwork. Darker ink colors often print well directly onto light garments, while certain bright or lighter ink colors may require an underbase to maintain their intended appearance.

Not sure if your design needs an underbase? No problem. 

We'll review your shirt color and artwork before production. If a white underbase is recommended, we'll let you know and provide updated pricing before moving forward.

Customer-provided print-ready vector artwork is welcome. If your artwork isn't production-ready, that's okay too. For an additional charge, we can help with artwork setup, converting existing artwork to vector format, or creating a design for your project. Artwork and design charges vary depending on the amount of work required, and we'll discuss those costs with you before beginning.
