Custom products come with questions—and we expect them.
Whether you’re wondering about artwork, quantities, turnaround times, proofs, pricing, apparel, promotional products, signs, banners, stickers, or something else, we’ve answered some of the questions we hear most often below.
Don’t see yours? Just ask. Every project is different, and we’re always happy to help.
We know every project is different, and there will always be questions we haven’t covered here. Tell us what you’re working on and what you need help with. Whether it’s a quick question or the beginning of a new project, we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
Not at all. If you know what you want, send us the details and we’ll get started. If you only know what you’re trying to accomplish, that works too. Tell us about your goal, audience, budget, and timeline, and we can help you explore options.
Absolutely. That’s a big part of what we do. With thousands of products and different production options available, we can help narrow down the choices based on what you’re trying to accomplish, who the product is for, your budget, and when you need it.
Visit our Request a Quote page or contact us directly. The more information you can provide—such as product, quantity, artwork, sizes, colors, budget, and deadline—the more accurately we can quote your project.
Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG, or a vector PDF is generally preferred for logos and graphics. High-resolution raster artwork may also work for certain applications. If you’re unsure, send us the best files you have and we’ll take a look.
That doesn’t mean we can’t help. Send us what you have. We’ll review your artwork and let you know what may be needed to prepare it for your project. Additional artwork or recreation charges may apply when significant work is required.
Sometimes, but those images are often too small or low-resolution for quality production. Whenever possible, send us the original artwork rather than downloading or taking a screenshot of an image online.
When applicable, we’ll provide a proof for your review and approval before production. Please carefully check spelling, names, dates, contact information, colors, placement, and other important details before approving your proof.
It depends on the product and production method. Some items can be produced in very small quantities, while others have manufacturer or production minimums. Tell us what you need and we can help determine your options.
Often, yes. Many products become less expensive per piece as quantities increase because setup and production costs are spread across more items. Quantity price breaks vary by product.
There are often multiple variables involved in custom products, including quantity, size, material, decoration method, number of colors, artwork, setup, shipping, and other production requirements. We’d rather provide pricing based on what you actually need than give you a price that may not apply to your project.
Turnaround times vary by product and production method. Some products can be completed relatively quickly, while others require additional production or shipping time. Let us know about any deadline or event date when requesting your quote.
Sometimes. Rush availability depends on the product, artwork, quantity, production schedule, supplier availability, and shipping requirements. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what options are available.
Production generally begins after the necessary artwork approvals and order requirements have been completed—not when the initial quote or inquiry is submitted. We’ll discuss the expected timeline for your specific project.
Definitely not. The products shown on our website are just a sampling of what we can provide. We have access to thousands of promotional products, apparel styles, branded merchandise, and other marketing solutions. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, ask us.
Yes—and we encourage it. If you’re preparing for an event, promotion, grand opening, employee program, fundraiser, or other project, we can help you look at the bigger picture and find products that work together rather than treating each item as a separate purchase.
We do not allow customer supplied goods as this can cause issues within quality control and replacement.
Contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply. That’s why we ask customers to carefully review all details before approving artwork.
Usually, yes. Having produced it previously can make the process easier, but product availability, pricing, colors, materials, and supplier inventory can change. Contact us with information about your previous order and we’ll review the current options.
